Corned Beef Hash







Brown 2 medium onions with 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan; add 2 cups cooked, well chopped corned beef, and 2 cups hashed cooked potatoes; moisten with 1/2 cup broth, or water and butter; season with pepper and nutmeg, stir well, and cook 15 miunutes; serve with 5 or 6 poached eggs on top; garnish with a little finely chopped parsley.
