Dried Fruit Salad







2 cups large dried peaches
1/2 cup chopped nut meals
1/4 cup chopped figs
Mayonnaise

Wash peaches, soak several hours, stew in same water, until tender. Select large peach halves for each person and roll in finely chopped or ground nut-meats; mix remainder of chopped nuts with figs and fill center of peaches. Serve on lettuce leaves and top with mayonnaise.
