Potato Salad






6 large potatoes
1 large onion
1/2 cup vinigar
3 teaspoons bacon grease
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon flour
Boil potatoes, peel, chill, slice; finely chop onion; mix. Mix vinigar, bacon grease and seasonings; heat to boiling and thicken with flour; pour over potatoes and onion, mix and cool. Serve on lettuce leaves; or garnish with sprigs of parsley.
