Flaked Fish Salad






1 cup flaked fish
1 egg, hard boiled
2 medium potatoes, boiled
1 small cucumber pickle
1 teaspoon cekery seed
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mayonnaise
Fish may be canned salmon, tuna fish, or any other fish flakes; or, bake any available fish, chill, and separate into small flakes. Cut potatoes, egg and pickle into small cubes or pieces; add fish flakes, celery seed and pepper, and enough mayonnaise to hold salad together.
