Meat Salad







3 cups chopped meat
6 eggs, hard boiled
1 onion, medium
1 bunch celery
1 bunch parsley
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon English mustard

Chop veal, pork, or fowl very fine and boil until tender; add chili powder and boil fifteen minutes longer; finely chop onion, celery and parsley and mix in the mustard with them; drain meat and mix with the vegetables; add and mix throughly melted butter or mayonnaise.
