Chicken Salad







2 cups chicken, diced
2 cups celery, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Salt and pepper
Sald dressing

Chill boiled or roast chicken, and cut into small cubes; add and mix coarsely chopped celery; eggs may be chopped finely and mixed, or they may be sliced and placed on top; season with salt and pepper to taste; chill until ready to serve.
