Hominy







Wash hominy throughly in one or two waters, put in pan and cover twice its depth with cold water; bring slowly to boiling point and let it simmer--if large, 6 hours; is small or broken, 2 hours; as water evaporates, add hot water; serve with cream, fry in butter, or serve plain with boiled dinner.
