Popovers






2 cups flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten
Beat eggs, without separating, until very light, and combine with milk; sift together flour and salt into a mixing bowl, and make a well in center; pour liquid gradually into flour, working into a good stiff batter; have muffin pans hot and well greased, fill, and bake in very hot oven twenty-five to thirty minutes.
