Life Is The Lazy River

At least for one weekend at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. Our boys start school tomorrow, and we thought this was a nice way to end our summer. The food and lodgings were wonderful, and we enjoyed the pools and the lazy river. The lazy river is a serpentine stretch of slow rapids. Children in particular enjoy the rafts. At night overhead, bats circle and swoop. They are harmless, but some of the smaller children were alarmed at the flying rodentia.
